Tae tōmuri ki te Kura | Arriving late to Kura
All students who arrive at Kura after 9.00am must report to the Tari. A notice will be issued and logged to eTap via Vistab to inform kaiako of the time that the student/s have arrived at Kura.
Wehe moata mai I te Kura | Leaving Kura early
All students who leave Kura premises between 9.00am and 3.00pm must be signed out at the Tari by a parent/caregiver first.
A notice will be issued to the parent/caregiver once the sign out process has been completed. Parents/caregivers must hand this notice to the kaiako upon collecting their tamaiti/riki from their akomanga.
Kāore kei konei | Absence
Parent/caregivers must contact the Tari the day that their tamaiti/riki is absent by letter, email, text or phone call. Please include the following information when reporting absence;
- Students name
- Class
- Reason for absence
- Date absent or to be absent
